CONTRAINDICATIONS BY CHILDREN’S REFERRAL TO SANATORIUM-AND-SPA TREATMENT
(Order of the Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine from 12.01.2009 No. 4)
 
1. Contraindications for referral of children with the diseases of organs of circulatory system to the sanatorium-and-spa treatment.
1.1. Rheumatism in active phase higher than the 1st degree of activity, non-rheumatic carditis in active phase.
1.2. Congenital and acquired heart diseases at circulatory deficiency of any degree.
1.3. Cardiac insufficiency.
1.4. Organic and persistent functional rhythm disturbances of heart and conduction with hemodynamics disorder.
1.5. Primary hypertension higher than the 1st degree.
1.6. Secondary (symptomatic) hypertension.
1.7. Prolapse of mitral (other) valve with the signs of valvate insufficiency and signs of hemodynamics insufficiency.
1.8. Infective endocarditis in active phase of any degree with the signs of circulatory inefficiency.
1.9. Primary cardiomyopathy.
2. Contraindications for referral of children with the diseases of respiratory organs to the sanatorium-and-spa treatment.
2.1. Severe forms of the repeated pneumonia with the extensive changes in the bronchopulmonary system, bronchiectasis with frequent exacerbations and with pulmonary/ cardiopulmonary insufficiency.
